Rose Hill Family Day

Visitors of all ages can celebrate our nation’s 250th birthday with historic crafts and activities and a 1776-themed themed scavenger hunt of the mansion.

There will be activities for both children and adults. Play traditional games and learn about Rose Hill’s history as a farm by visiting live farm animals. Visit the seasonal exhibit Doing History to learn about the ongoing work of historic preservation.

Connect with the Geneva History Museum’s exhibit Unfinished Revolutions. The struggle to provide “liberty and justice for all” is on-going. We will be highlighting some of the work being done in our community to continue the fight for liberty, equality, and justice. Crafts and activities during the event will show people how they can contribute to history by the actions they take now. At this free, family-oriented event, visitors can see the house and grounds at their own pace.The Carriage House Gift Shop will be open during the event.
