Triggered, Truth & Transformation

Artist Theda Sandiford channels microaggressions – intentional or unintentional verbal or behavioral slights that communicate hostile or negative attitudes toward culturally marginalized groups – she faces every day into her artwork. The resulting exhibition, “Triggered, Truth & Transformation,” will be on display at the Schweinfurth Art Center in Auburn, NY, from March 25 to May 28, 2023.
