DESCRIPTION:Join Historic Geneva for a special behind-the-scenes tour of Rose Hill Mansion. These tours are not the same as the regular tour. They are an opportunity for visitors to see and learn about areas of the house not usually accessible to visitors\, including the basement and belvedere (the square tower on the roof).\nAdmission for the tour is $12 for adults\, $10 for seniors\, $8 for college students with ID\, and $6 for children 10-18. The tour is recommended for adults and children 10 years and older.\nPlease be advised that there are many stairs to climb and some confined spaces included in the tour. Because of these limitations\, space on the tour is limited\, and advance tickets are required. The tour lasts about 90 minutes

In this program\, we’re shining a spotlight on telling stories with archives. Archivist Becky Chapin and Director of Education Anne Dealy will host an interactive workshop featuring handpicked items from the Historic Geneva Archive. Our love lives are constantly in pieces.  Shifting in and out of feeling fully complete.  But you never know how a single spark one day can unlock a new you\, so we make a choice at the crossroads. We say yes to the coffee date\, and wherever that leads\, we learn to embrace the journey.  While our romantic lives may be fragmented and complex\, each piece contributes to our understanding of love and ourselves. Each character’s story offers a glimpse into the universal experience of navigating love’s complexities\, reminding us that while our love lives may be in pieces\, they are also full of potential for new beginnings. This emotional ride proves that every ending is simply a new beginning waiting to unfold. Alex Ramos (Rochester) and Michael Giovannini (Seneca Falls)\, play friends Charlie and Grey on the verge of falling in love but afraid of what that means.  Nick Bessette (Auburn) plays Hunter\, an eternal bachelor at heart but navigating his complicated relationship with Sam played by Lauren McCall (Rochester).  Austyn played by Damon Fletcher (Waterloo) is trying to feel more confident and build meaningful connections while Lily Flum (Rochester) plays Jael\, who is playing catchup after a devastating breakup.  Allauna Overstreet-Gibson (Geneva) plays River who is confronting unfinished emotional baggage from her past. Rounding out our company is Marley Mars (Seneca Falls) who plays Alex\, a little jaded\, a little hopeful and finding familiar patterns with guys.   \nThis talented and experienced group is led by NYS Award Winning Artistic Director Pam Rapoza and Vocal Director Meredith Beckley. Directed by Professor of Theatre Chris Hatch\, Witch closes out the 2023-2024 HWS Theatre\, running Thursday\, April 10 – Saturday\, April 12\, 2025 in McDonald Theatre of the Gearan Center for the Performing Arts. Witch is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Samuel French\, Inc.

DESCRIPTION:Theatre444 is proud to bring you a unique and new two-man musical; The Story of My Life with music & lyrics by Neil Bartram and a Book by Brian Hill. The Story Of My Life follows the friendship of Alvin and Thomas\, two men from a small town. These lifelong friends are reunited after Alvin’s mysterious death. In the abstract world of his mind\, Thomas struggles to write Alvin’s eulogy while recounting the many turns their lives have taken since meeting as children. Alvin searches through the manuscripts and stories in Thomas’ mind to lead him on a journey of remembrance. Through music and song\, these two friends recount their adventures\, explore their past dissonance\, and ultimately discover what is at the base of every strong friendship…love. \nDamon Fletcher and Alexander Ramos play Thomas and Alvin with quick wit\, charm\, and beauty.  Both seasoned veterans of Theatre444\, you may have seen Damon in Daddy Longlegs\, Nunsense\, or Sweeney Todd.  You may remember Alexander from Rent or Alice by Heart.  This show is led by NYS Award Winning Artistic Director Pam Rapoza with Technical Director Brooke Corsner and Stage Manager Wendy Varrichio-Fletcher rounding out the team.   \nPerformances are Thursday\, Friday and Saturday\, February 20-22  at 8pm and Sunday February 23rd at 2pm.
