Participants should meet at the corner of Humbert Street and Avenue E. Parking is available in the lot by Club 86. \nThe tour will run rain or shine\, but will be cancelled in the event of thunderstorms or heavy downpours. The cost is $5 per person. SUMMARY:Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Rose Hill Mansion
DESCRIPTION:Join Historic Geneva for a special behind-the-scenes tour of Rose Hill Mansion. These tours are not the same as the regular tour. They are an opportunity for visitors to see and learn about areas of the house not usually accessible to visitors\, including the basement and belvedere (the square tower on the roof). \nAdmission for the tour is $12 for adults\, $10 for seniors\, $8 for college students with ID\, and $6 for children 10-18. The tour is recommended for adults and children 10 years and older. \nPlease be advised that there are many stairs to climb and some confined spaces included in the tour. Because of these limitations\, space on the tour is limited\, and advance tickets are required. The tour lasts about 90 minutes

DESCRIPTION:The grounds of Rose Hill will be alive with music and fun. Bring a picnic dinner\, lawn chairs\, or a blanket and enjoy an evening of music to end a summer weekend in the Finger Lakes. \nRock to the foot-stompin’ music of Annie Ol’ Thyme\, featuring Trish Engelhard\, Nora Starr\, and Lisa Ann Wright. Their three-part harmony of bluegrass\, country\, and original songs come to life on fiddle\, guitar\, mandolin and other instruments. \nThe last regular tour of Rose Hill Mansion will run at 3:30 p.m. There will be no house tours during the concerts. The Carriage House Gift Shop will be open during the concerts. The concerts are free and open to the public. During the tea service\, Historic Geneva staff will lead a program about life during the 1800s.  \nThe Swans did not live at Rose Hill alone. There were workers who cooked and cleaned for the family. Others tended to the grounds\, animals\, and crops. Discover the lives of Rose Hill’s domestic workers and farm laborers. \nThe tea is $35 per person.
