Are you brave enough to take a plunge into Cayuga Lake in MARCH? If you're up for the challenge, contact the Seneca Falls Library! They will be hosting their first annual Winter Splash Party cold water plunge fundraiser on Saturday, March 9th at noon at the Cayuga Lake State Park beach.
